The space is beautiful with high ceilings and dark wood floors and the staff are just lovely. I loved my haircut. Darisa allowed me to show her pictures and then brought her own point of view on what length would look best. She made me look beautiful!
Wow, I went to James as a recommendation from a friend for a color correction and boy did he not disappoint! I walked out of the salon SO HAPPY! Blonde hair can be difficult and the stylist really needs to know what they’re doing. He knew exactly what type of blonde I needed with no hesitation. I can’t wait to go back to him again!
I came in as a walk-in for a quick haircut. I was immediately taken in by Darisa and how! I loved her perspective on what would look good for my face while prioritizing my likes and dislikes. My hair truly came alive when she was done with it, not to mention my mood did too! Without any haste, I booked another appointment with her. Such a convenient location, too! I came here to get a bob haircut for my two textured hair — I have curly hair on top of my head and straight hair close to my neck. The hairstylist Melanie did a great job in adding layers and movement to the curls on the top part of my head, but the bottom straight layer came out lopsided. After trying to style it for about a week I gave up and took some kitchen scissors to the bottom to even it out. Given this was a $180 cut with tip, I don’t think it was worth the money.
Wonderful experience today with James - fabulous hair cut and conversation. Everyone working in the salon was just as delightful - I’ll definitely be back! Thank you!
